Maki x Fujima: Mistake
Scene 3: Cafe
Next Day.
Shoyo changing room.
"Did you see it?! Yesterday!!!"
"Yeah saw it!! Erm.. Maki san had kissed captain..."
The basketball team members were busy talking about yesterday's affairs.
"So?"
Suddenly a voice rose from their back.
They got shocked, as it's Fujima standing there, with a freezingly cold face.
"If you had finished the changing, go to the hall and do you practice."
Fujima said in a extremely cold voice.
The junior quickly hurried away.
Fujima gazed at the locker and gave a slammed on it.
* Maki!! ... *
He slowly closed his eyes, and flashed back to the day when he was going to meet Maki.
Fujima reached the cafe, he looked around the shop, but yet, Maki's not there.
So he slowly took a seat and sat down.
While he was drinking the lemon tea, he heard the 2 boys' conversation accidently who were behind him.
"... Yeah! Maki sanpai's with Jin sanpai. I saw it clearly yesterday!! Yesterday.."
One of the boy said, who sounds like a Kainan student.
"Yesterday what?"
Another asked.
Fujima's not meaning to overhear their talk but, they had mentioned Maki's name.
"Yesterday night I forgot something at Hall so I went back to Kainan, and there, I saw Maki sanpai... kissing Jin sanpai!!"
"What?! Maki sanpai.. with Jin sanpai?! Are you joking?"
The other one seemed to be shocked.
And so as Fujima. He was too shocked to hear that.
"No!! I did see it! I am not telling lies or making rumors!! I..."
The boy said with a clear voice.
Fujima didn't hear the rest, he could feel a bitter feeling inside his heart.
Then he saw the 2 boys walking towards the doorway, and yeah, they were in Kainan's basketball team suits.
Fujima turned his sight towards the street. He suddenly felt himself empty.
"... Kenji?"
Maki's voice. Fujima didn't even notice that Maki was here already.
Fujima slowly closed his eyes, and then said coldly.
"Sorry Maki, I need to go now. See you."
And without waiting for Maki's words, Fujima stood up and walked towards the door way.
"... What are you doing there? Ken?"
Hanagata's voice brought him back.
Fujima slowly back to the reality, and saw Hanagata there, standing in front of him, inside the changing room.
"... I am not feeling well, Hanagata. I think I am going back."
Fujima said, with a bit listless.
Hanagata gazed at his coach.
"Have a good rest then, Ken."
"I will."
Walking back home, Fujima couldn't control from thinking about the conversation and Maki.
Finally he sighed.
Then suddenly he saw Maki standing in front of his house door, looking straightly at Fujima.
Fujima's mind gone blank for a while, then he walked towards his house, but sounds like he didn't see Maki.
"Kenji."
Maki gazed at Fujima.
Fujima didn't answered, and opened his door and walked in.
Then he slowly turned his sight on Maki.
"What's up? Shinichi Maki."
He said in a cold voice.
